1/ SHIPPING POLICY
COCOSIN supports delivery policy as follows
2/ EXCHANGE POLICY
- Product are qualified to exchanged if:
Clothing & price tag are still attached on the product.
Receipt of purchased is proven.
No alternation by customers or other unauthorised parties
Product is being bought within 3 days (for in store purchase) and within 5 days (for online purchase)
Exchanged product must has equal or higher price than item you would like to exchange.
∗∗ Defective products are also qualified to exchange if they meet all of our exchange polices above.
- COCOSIN will not accept to exchange the product if:
Products are not being washed in an appropriate way and using strong detergent.
Shoes & Accessories which are being wore.
Products are being purchased in any Sale promotion.
∗∗Our Sales Assistants are allow to deny to exchange if the product is not meet our policy.
∗∗Cost for exchanged products are at your own expense.
3/ RETURN POLICY
- Returns will be accepted if the product is defective within 3 days after you receive the product.
- For online orders outside Ho Chi Minh, the shipping cost for returns are at our company expense
- For online orders in Ho Chi Minh, fastest way is to come to our nearest store to return or you can wish to ship to our warehouse at 007 Lot M1 , Ton That Thuyet Aparment Ward 1, District 4, Ho Chi Minh. In that case, the shipping cost for returns are at our company expense
- You should keep the receipt as proof of purchase to proceed the return.

As soon as possible, we can then correct your order and/or let you know if the product that you want to exchange is in stock.
The shipping cost for exchange product to replace for defective item are at our company expense.
